1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use IceBreaker. By accessing the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

IceBreaker provides users with AI-generated dating message suggestions, conversation advice, and chat-enhancing tools. The content provided is for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not guarantee any outcomes in your dating life.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, abusive, or harassing behavior.

• Share or input content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.

• Attempt to interfere with the App’s operations or security.

• Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the App without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features may be available only through a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You may manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with appropriate notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to software, branding, images, text, and AI-generated outputs, is owned by IceBreaker or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

IceBreaker is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, relevance, or success of any message suggestions. Use at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IceBreaker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

8. Privacy

Your use of IceBreaker is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to our data practices as described therein.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
